All orders are processed within 1–3 business days . Once your package ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link (if available).

We work with external warehouses (dropshipping), so delivery times may vary between:

- Belgium & Netherlands: 7–15 working days

- Europe: 10–20 business days

- International: 15–25 business days

Please note: during busy periods or customs checks it may take a little longer.

Some products are shipped separately if they come from different warehouses. Therefore, your order may arrive in multiple parts.
